Using The Triangle Pose In Yoga To Your Benefit!

Triangle PoseLet’s face it; we are a generation that is very, very tough on our body.  We are a generation that does not take care of our bodies either.  The constant computer typing and sitting down is something that is very, very hard on your body – especially your back.  What if there was a way that you could cure your back pain without really having to take a bunch of pills?  Well, there is!  Yoga is a fantastic way to ensure that your back stays in tip-top shape!

First and foremost, you need to understand that there are a bunch of different poses in Yoga that can help back pain; you just need to find the ones that fit you.  The triangle pose is by far the best pose in the world, for it is most effective on your hips, which have a brawny influence on the spine.

The spine is actually the thing that is directly the cause of your back pain, so keep that in mind!

    I think Yoga is the best medicine in today’s world for refreshing and strong yourself mentally and physically!
    You need to feel like you are pressed between two panes of glass. Start with your feet as described and make sure both hips are facing forward – not towards your right foot, but towards rather the same direction of your left knee. Stretch your arms to the side and then reach with your right arm so that your right hip starts indenting and your left hip start jutting out directly to the side. Stretch as far to the side (staying upright) as you can while keeping both hips facing exactly forward. This keeps your right torso side nice and long while really stretching the left.
